1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Paradise Footy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Paradise Footy is a mobile application and website providing AFL statistics, live scores, player ratings, and social features. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Automated account creation is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload harmful content, malware, or spam
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Post objectionable content — defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive material

Zero tolerance. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Paradise Footy. We provide tools to flag objectionable content and to block abusive users, we filter content on submission, and we act on reports — removing objectionable content and ejecting the responsible user, typically within 24 hours. Blocking a user removes their content from your experience immediately.

5. Content & Data

AFL statistics and data displayed in the Service are sourced from publicly available information and third-party providers. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of all data.

Content you create — including profile information, usernames, bios, comments, direct messages, group posts, polls, and albums — remains your intellectual property. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the Service, and you are solely responsible for the content you submit.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

Paradise Footy, its design, code, and branding are the property of Paradise Footy. "AFL" and team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of the Australian Football League and respective clubs. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the AFL.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradise Footy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
